At The Weerakoon Residency, we strive to provide the best experience for our guests.
If a booking is cancelled 7 days or more prior to the check-in date, a full refund (minus any bank transaction charges) will be issued.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in are non-refundable.
Approved refunds will be processed through PayHere back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.
In case of a no-show, no refunds will be provided.
